What are your rates, what are the costs?
$100 for the first hour plus parts for Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
$125 for the first hour plus parts for Surrey, Delta, Langley, White Rock. Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.
$125 on holidays.
$60 for any additional hours. May be additional travel costs depending on the location.

What repair services do you offer?
Not limited to tire replacement, batteries, casters, bearings, flat tires, push locks, electronics and electrical repairs.

What services are ministry covered and which ones are not?
Due to recent changes with the ministry, we are currently not able to process ministry claims. We hope to be able to do so again in the very near future.

So you work with ministry clients and private funded clients as well?

Can you provide payment arrangements with private clients?
Yes, if you are eligible.

How do HME dealers get involved with your after hours program?
They can find out more about the plan by contacting us at any time.

What equipment do you service?
Mobility equipment: power chairs, manual chairs, scooters, walkers.

How long does it take from an emergency call to service?
Up to 2 hours from when we receive the call.

What services are considered emergency 24/7 service?
Not limited to flat tires, chair won’t turn on or run. dead batteries in public, lost casters.

What are the details of service/maintenance plans?
